The hotel is a typical Canarian townhouse, very plain from out side but full of character on the inside. The magnificent hallway led to a beautiful garden room which in turn led on to a small outside garden. NB. The only outdoor space, unless you have one of the two balconied rooms. Up the impressive staircase leads to the upper floor with a beautiful salon/sitting room for use by guests. Polished mahogany type floorboards and shutters and generously furnished with paintings, bookshelves and tables, including a grand piano in one corner. Beamed ceilings in all rooms. Very opulent. Breakfast was good continental style served by a very nice young lady, provided there were not too many other guests wanting to have breakfast at the same time! Whilst there is a good bus service from the town I highly recommend the additional use of a car.

This building is absolutely beautiful. Behind a relatively plain facade lies a lovely traditional house decorated and furnished in warm colours and traditional furniture. The room we stayed in was stylish and comfortable with a large anteroom/dressing room separating the bedroom and the bathroom. Beds were particularly good. Breakfast was excellent and nicely served in the quaint dining room. The public rooms (drawing room and others on the first floor) were very attractive. Location for the park, dragon tree park and town was excellent. We were able to park right outside. We could see that the upstairs bedrooms had balconies with excellent views. Would definitely stay here again but perhaps ask for an upstairs room.

Full of character, made us feel like we were experiencing the local culture. Excellent breakfast and the staff accommodated our dietary requirements (I was able to have delicious vegan breakfast every day) and even packed a picnic basket for a day of an extra early start. Great location a short walk away from all the local spots and a good base for hiking trips. Extra points for the hotel cat!

Staff was very friendly and welcoming. The location is great and the house really feels authentic and historical. That being said, the shower facilities aren’t the most modern which imo adds to the flair but it might not be for everyone. The house is decorated tastefully and feels like you’re visiting a friend rather than staying at a hotel

The hotel is in an historic Tenerife house which is superbly decorated and traditionally furnished. The breakfast served was very good as were the staff including a friendly black cat! There is a large first floor lounge where you can relax and also outdoor areas for sunshine.
